When we go to my home town over the 4th, we'll try to spend a few hours at The Beach. I knew the weather was to be in the upper 80's and wanted to take the kids there. Last year, temps were in the 60's, so there was no swimming. Ruth didn't join us as she was taking a nap but ended up napping a short time and helping my mom prep food for the 4th cookout.

This year the kids were brave enough to go down the steep slide. Andrew dared Olivia to go down and you'll hear her scream. Andrew loved the slide and went down it 10+ times. Phil went down but it hurt his back. We are getting to old for the slides.
